Any customer who wishes to cancel or change their reservation can do so through their confirmation email or email Bethanie at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All cancellations must be made via e-mail or tour confirmation 48 hours prior to the reserved tour day/time to receive a full refund. Any cancellation made 24-48 hours prior to the reserved tour date/time must be submitted via e-mail to email@example.com and will be eligible for a 50% refund. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to reserved tour date/time must be submitted via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and are not eligible for a monetary refund, but are eligible to be rescheduled.
If a customer has purchased a combo ticket, KC Double Decker Tours may only provide a cancellation specifically for KC Double Decker Tours. Guests must separately contact the partnered company that is part of the combo ticket to cancel the reservation with that company.
Customers will receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Please keep in mind, that we do have a schedule we need to keep in order to best serve all of our customers. Should any customer miss the bus at a designated stop, guests are welcome to join the tour from a different tour stop but will not be given a monetary refund. Safety of our customers is very important to us. KC Double Decker Tours does provide safety guidelines as part of the tour considerations and guidelines posted on the bus. Not adhering to these safety guidelines will result in removal from the bus, in which case no monetary refund will be given
