Do tickets have to be purchased in advance?

 We HIGHLY encourage purchasing tickets in advance to ensure a seat on the bus. However, tickets can be purchased direct from the KC Double Decker Tours kiosk located at our designated Crown Center location – 2405 Grand Ave

What is a Hop on-Hop off Tour?

 A hop on-hop off tour lets you see and experience all of Kansas City. This tour allows you the opportunity to catch the bus at any of our designated stops and jump off at any of our designated stops to experience different areas of Kansas City.
 

What is a Single Loop City Tour?

Our Single Loop City Tour lets you see all of Kansas City. Join the tour at our Crown Center location, hop on the bus and sit back for our 90-minute guided city tour. 

What do I do after I purchase my ticket?

The only thing you need to do is show up at the pick up location and time you designated when reserving your seats. We do ask that you bring either electronic or printed copy of the tour confirmation you received via email.

What if I need to make changes to my reservation?

After make a reservation, you will receive a tour confirmation via email. The tour confirmation will have a "MANAGE BOOKING" link. This link can be used to make changes to your reservation.

Can I bring my own food and beverages on the bus?

Of course! Food & non-alcoholic beverages are welcome on the buses.

Is the bus stroller accessible?

 We are family owned & operated, which means we know kiddos travel with a lot of stuff! We do have available spots for stroller storage. 

Can I leave my belongings on the bus when getting off?

 You are welcome to bring any belongings with you, however, we do encourage you to take your belongings with you when exiting the bus. We are not responsible for any belongings left on the bus. 

Are guide gratuities included in the price?

 Gratuities are not included in the ticket price. While not required, gratuities are accepted and always appreciated by the guides. 

Do you off group discounts for your public tours?

 We do offer discounts for groups of 25 or more for any of our available public tours. The discount is available when reserving seats for the entire group upon purchasing tickets and will be automatically credited to the transaction.
 

Are selfie sticks and umbrellas allowed to be used on the bus?

 Selfie sticks are allowed to be used while seated in our lower level. We do not allow selfie sticks and umbrellas to be used on the upper deck of our double decker buses.
